Our Policy Terms

We operate a strict No Refund Policy but we offer conditional exchanges.

Exchange Request Window

We will only offer an exchange if the customer initiates the return process within 48 hours after confirmed delivery of the package. The customer must contact us for the correct return address before sending anything back.
Once we receive the item at Wigs2Go, we will inspect it and confirm that it is in the exact condition it was delivered in before approving it for an exchange.

Important Policy Restrictions

Please note: We do not offer exchanges for orders where the lace has already been cut or the wig has been worn, altered, or damaged in any way.
